Southington Police Probe Thefts At Local Stores

The Southington Police Department Tuesday released surveillance images of multiple suspects connected to two separate incidents.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police Tuesday issued two alerts as they try to identify suspects involved in separate recent incidents at Southington retail establishments.

In two separate social media posts, the Southington Police Department released surveillance images they hope will help the public aid them in identifying the suspects.

• A debit card theft by two male suspects took place at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the ShopRite supermarket, 75 Queen St.

Police said they used it at several locations in town afterward.

• A wallet theft at the Southington Home Depot store, 89 Interstate Park Drive, which happened at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7.
