Southington Prepares For State Gymnastics Meet

SOUTHBURY, CT — Gymnasts from Southington High School are looking to pull off an upset and return the team to its title-winning tradition Saturday at the Class L championships at Pomperaug High School.

The Blue Knights are seeded seventh in Class L, which has been won by top-seeded Greenwich the past two years. Southington is seeking its first Class L title since winning three straight crowns from 2013 to 2015.

Class L competition launches at 1 p.m.
