Southington Retains Second Spot in Softball Poll
The undefeated Lady Knights have been near the top of the state rankings all season.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The release of the latest weekly high school softball poll yielded the same result as each previous week since day one of the season: Seymour is first, and Southington second.
Seymour (10-0) received 10 of 14 first-place votes from coaches and media members, with Southington (7-0) garnering the other four.
The Lady Knights are scheduled for three tough home games this week, against South Windsor, Northwest Catholic and Fitch. All three opponents received votes in the most recent balloting.
