Southington Retains Top 5 Wrestling Position
The Blue Knights wound up the regular season with a 13-2 record and captured the CCC tournament.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Southington High School ended the 2017-18 regular season where it began - anchored in the top five of the weekly wrestling poll of coaches and media members.
The Blue Knights finished the regular schedule with a 13-2 record, and capped the season with a victory in the Central Connecticut Conference tournament. They will compete in the Class LL championships Friday and Saturday at Trumbull High School.
To the shock of roughly no one, Danbury (11-3) held the top spot in the final regular season balloting.
