SOUTHINGTON – Smashburger is on tap to open on Queen Street in June, the Record-Journal reported.
The restaurant chain on Monday received Zoning Board of Appeals approval for wine and beer sales.
The burger franchise will open next to Noodles & Co. at 826 Queen St. near the intersection with Aircraft Road. Smashburgers is a national chain and the closest is in Milford.
