Southington Softball Still Near Top of Weekly Poll
The Blue Knights maintained their position for the third straight week.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — For the third straight week, Southington High School ranked second in the statewide softball poll of coaches and media members.
The Blue Knights (2-0) received four first-place votes after crushing its first two opponents by a combined score of 27-1. Southington is scheduled to play games on four straight days this week.
Seymour (4-0) again topped the list in the most recent balloting, collecting eight first-place votes.
