Southington Student Named To University 'President's List'

SOUTHINGTON/BANGOR, MAINE — A Southington resident was named to a Maine university's President's List for the recently completed fall semester

Isabella Velez of the Plantsville section of town, was named to Husson University's President's List for the fall 2023 semester of the 2023-24 academic year. Husson is located in Bangor, Maine.

Velez is studying toward a degree in criminal justice/psychology at Husson.

Full-time students who earn President's List, Dean's List and Honors List recognition must be enrolled as an undergraduate, carry a full-time load of 12 credit hours over 21 weeks, complete all attempted courses in the time allotted, and achieve a designated semester grade-point average.
