Southington Tavern Among Recent Liquor License Suspensions in Connecticut

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Since July, a total of 25 Connecticut establishments, including one in Southington, have had their liquor licenses suspended by the Liquor Control Commission and/or paid fines for violations, according to data released by the state Department of Consumer Protection.

The Fire Place at 44 Center Street in Southington served a one-day license suspension on Aug. 15 and paid a $500 fine for selling alcohol to a minor.
