Southington Town Council Imposes Trash Curfew
The rule was prompted by several complaints about early pickups.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The Southington Town Council on Tuesday adopted put into effect what is essentially a trash curfew.
The Record-Journal Reported that the new ordinance prohibits early morning trash pickup.
Many complaints about loud garbage trucks have been registered over the years, according to the story.
