SOUTHINGTON, CT — Town Manager Garry Brumback has announced retirement plans, effective in January.
He gave his notice to the Town Council on Tuesday.
He told the Record-Journal he plans to move closer to family in Florida.

Brumback, 60, has worked in Southington for the past seven years. He replaces the town's first town manager, John Weichsel.
