April 12, 2017—WEST HARTFORD—Philip L. Murray, Jr. has been named Director of Human Resources and Residential Services for The Mercy Community: West Hartford's only Life Plan Community.
Philip has served at The Mercy Community since October 2011, when he was hired as Assistant Administrator at Saint Mary Home. He is a licensed nursing home administrator. Philip is currently enrolled at Quinnipiac University in the graduate Organizational Leadership program, and is on track to receive his M.S. in 2018. In addition to stewarding The Mercy Community's Office of Human Resources, Philip will maintain his responsibilities in supervising The Frances Warde Towers Apartments and the Adult Day Center, both at Saint Mary Home.
