Space Still Available At Special Bear Forum In Southington Monday
The Southington Public Library tonight is hosting an expert to discuss the local black bear population and what it means to residents.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The Southington Public Library is hosting a program tonight on black bears and there are still slots available.
As scary as the Eagles were in the Super Bowl Sunday, bears can be equally scary (and not just the 1985 Bears).
Rather, black bears are being seen more and more in our neighborhoods, with the Southington Library hosting a special guest Monday night, Feb. 10, to discuss their impact and plight.

The free event will take place at the library, 255 Main St., Southington, at 6 p.m.
Library officials said Monday afternoon that there is still space for more people to register and attend.
