Strategies and resources for healthy aging

MERIDEN – As people age, new issues and problems can arise, new services may be needed and being able to navigate the information maze can be challenging. A free program exploring the strategies and resources for healthy aging will be held Monday, Feb. 13, 10:30 a.m., at Meriden Senior Center, 22 W. Main St. Facilitator Marc Levesque, senior resource case manager, Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging, will answer questions and provide resources leading to solutions.

Space is limited and registration is required. To register, call Meriden Senior Center at 203.237.0066.
