Stress management for a hectic world

WALLINGFORD – Life seems full of stress whether it is from family conflict, financial problems, employment issues, health conditions or other factors. A free program about stress management will provide tips about the signs, symptoms and coping skills on Wednesday, May 8, 10:30 a.m., at Wallingford Senior Center, 238 Washington St. Presenter will be Laurel Reagan, APRN, director of Behavior Health and Social Work Services, Hartford HealthCare at Home, program sponsor.
