Suspect Exposed Himself in Denny's in 2009, Arrested in 2016

The man, who goes by different names, was arrested on a warrant out of Southington.

SOUTHINGTON, CT - A 45-year-old Hartford man, who exposed himself to a Denny's waitress in Southington in 2009, was arrested on a warrant Saturday by police.

Jose Luis Rodriguez, who also goes by the alias Guillermo Hernandez, was charged with public indecency, second-degree breach of peach and sixth-degree larceny.

Police said Rodriguez was a patron at the restaurant in June 2009 when he allegedly pulled out his stiffie to show it to the waitress. Upon seeing it, the waitress bolted, as did Rodriguez, who also stiffed the restaurant for the check, according to police.

Rodriguez was turned over to Southington police for processing and was released after posting a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on April 4.
