According to a warrant, Rivera is accused of entering the store with an accomplice, who then removed six Fitbit devices from a locked "peghook" on a store shelf and placed them in a shopping cart, police said.
The pair then allegedly walked to an area of the store not covered by security cameras and, after about seven minutes, left the area with an empty carriage and eventually left the store itself, police said.

Each Fitbit is valued at $299.95 for a total worth of $1,799.70, police said.
