According to the museum, participating restaurants paid a $200 fee to set up and sell their food, along with a $50 fee to help the museum get a permit from the Plainville Southington Health District.

In return, restaurants keep the proceeds of their sales and get to participate in a much-anticipated community event.

The Barnes Museum serves as the town's main history museum and is located on the grounds of the Southington Public Library.

The weather is expected to be warm, but hopefully temperatures will cool down for the evening event.
