Teen Raped By Multiple People Over 6 Days: New Britain PD

NEW BRITAIN, CT — A New Britain man was arrested after he and others raped a 14-year-old girl in his basement over the course of six days, according to police. Police are looking to identify seven additional suspects in the incident.

Additional details of the incident were released recently, according to NBC Connecticut. Miguel Pagan, 20, aka "Wookie" was arrested April 13.

The victim told police that Pagan kept her in the basement and raped her several times. She named eight men who had raped her, police said. Pagan also cut her with a knife. (To sign up for free, local breaking news alerts from more than 100 Connecticut communities click here.)

The victim tried to escape on multiple occasions, but she was restrained.

She was able to identify the men only by their nicknames, according to the New Britain Herald. Anyone with information can call police at 860-826-3199.
