Teenage Female, 16, Missing In Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police are looking for a missing teenage female described as an "endangered runaway," according to a Silver Alert early Saturday morning.

According to the alert, sent out at 1:31 a.m., Southington police are looking for Southington resident Ashley Hernandez, 16, who is described as a white female with red hair and brown eyes.

Police said she stands 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

There was no photograph available and no known clothing description.
