Teens Charged for Busting Up Southington Construction Yard
Three of them were juveniles, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Four teens are facing criminal charges for allegedly busting up a local construction yard, police said.
Police announced the details of the March 30 arrest on Thursday.
That day, at 6:24 p.m., Justin McGovern, 18, of Southington, was issued a misdemeanor summons for criminal mischief and criminal trespass, both in the second degree, police said.

McGovern was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on April 10, police said.
On March 30, officers responded to the Brunalli Construction Co., 109 Summer St., for a report of youths vandalizing the property, police sad.

McGovern and three juveniles allegedly entered a trailer on the property and, once inside, the group allegedly smashed light fixtures on the inside of the trailer and also broke the windows of several pieces of equipment in the yard.
The three juveniles, all 14, were referred to the Juvenile Court for second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass, police said.
