SOUTHINGTON — As is the case every year, the annual four-day Thanksgiving holiday weekend will have an impact on town/school operations locally.
Recently, the Town of Southington announced its holiday weekend impacts.

According to local officials, Southington Town Hall and the John Weichsel Municipal Center will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24, along with other town offices.
They will reopen as normal on Monday, Nov. 27.

Southington public schools are closed for Thanksgiving recess from Wednesday, Nov. 22, to Friday, Nov. 24, with classes resuming on Monday, Nov. 27.
