NEWINGTON – With the season of local and fresh produce comes the opportunity for delicious meals with great nutritional value. The free program, “Tis the Season,” will be held Friday, June 7, 1 p.m., at Newington Senior and Disabled Center, 120 Cedar St. Presenter will be Courtney Morgan, dining director at Jefferson House, program sponsor.
