Top's Market Celebrating 65 Years in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Top’s Market on Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike is celebrating 65 years in business this week.
The Record-Journal recently spent some time with owner John Salerno, who outlined how he has been able to keep up with the latest supermarket trends while still keeping around the traditional grocery items he is famous for.
He told the R-J Top’s was the first store in town with a loyalty card and an in-store bakery.
