Trip To Cumby's Pays Off For Southington Man
Resident won $30,000 playing a $30 scratch-off ticket game.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A local resident enjoyed a successful trip to the convenience store June 30, one that ultimately left him with $30,000 in lottery winnings.
According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Southington resident Allan Mazzaccaro went to the local Cumberland Farms store and played 30X Cash 9th Edition.
The end result of that game was a $30,000 prize, which is not too bad of a payoff for a $30 scratch-off ticket.
