Two Vigils Scheduled In Southington For Orlando Shooting Victims
Both are scheduled for this week.
SOUTHINGTON, CT - Two local houses of worship have scheduled candlelight vigils to remember the victims of the weekend mass shooting in Orlando.
The shooting Sunday at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando left 50 people dead and 53 people hospitalized, making it the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.
The First Congregational Church will be hosting a vigil Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the meeting house, 37 Main St.

The Connecticut Sikh Association will be hosting a candlelight vigil at the Gurdwara Sahib on Friday 8:30 p.m.
It is located at 1610 West St., Southington.
