NEW BRITAIN – Throughout life the body changes, impacted by daily activities and habits. Exercise can be effective in helping prevent age-related decline. The free Lunch & Learn program, Exercise and Healthy Aging, will be held Thursday, Jan. 11 at noon, the Hospital of Central Connecticut, 100 Grand St. Aaron Russ, exercise physiologist, of GoodLife Fitness in Bloomfield, will present. This program is sponsored by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. A light complimentary lunch will be served.
