'Vulgar' Messages Land Southington man With Charges

A man was charged with threatening in Southington, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man is facing criminal charges for unwanted messages, police said.

On Sunday, Alan Morris, 43, of the Plantsville section of Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment, police said,

These charges were the result of what police described as "threatening and vulgar."
