Water Main Fix Forcing Southington Road Closure
Police announced the closure on Wednesday.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — On Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and approximately 3:30 p.m.,
Mine Hollow Road will be closed to all through traffic for water main repairs.
Residents who live on Mine Hollow Road will be able to access the road from Flanders Road, police said.

Police said there is no exact timetable to reopen the road and it cold impact both the morning and afternoon commutes.
Mine Hollow Road runs between Flanders and Long Bottom Roads.
