Watch: Southington Library Construction Progress
The public is now able to see daily updates on the progress of the $16.9 new Southington Public Library project.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — These are exciting times for the Southington Public Library and the company in charge of building a new one has recently created a web portal for folks to keep up with progress.
Last July, work began on the construction of a $16.9 million facility at 255 Main St. and, since then, progress toward completion has been steady. Voters approved the project in 2021.
Now, the public has the means to get easy access to the latest photos and developments of the work, which is expected to be completed by September 2024.
