Woman Charged in Southington Prescription Fraud Case
The arrest was made after a two-month investigation.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A woman accused of obtaining drugs illegally in Southington has been arrested, police said.
On Sunday Jessica Pinot, 37, of Hartford, surrendered at the Southington Police Department on an outstanding warrant, police said.
The warrant charged her with obtaining a controlled substance by use of a forged prescription and second-degree forgery, police said. It stemmed from her fraudulently obtaining a prescription in August, police said.

She was released on a $5,000.00 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on Oct. 30, police said.
