Woman Identified In Shoplifting Incident At Southington Target: UPDATE
The small heist took place Tuesday night, Feb. 18, just after 10 p.m., police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police said they have identified the woman who they said was responsible for a shoplifting incident at the Southington Target store.
The Southington Police Department Wednesday night released surveillance images of the female suspect, believed to have shoplifted $259 worth of merchandise from the Target store at 600 Executive Blvd. South.
"After exiting the store, the female suspect was seen entering the passenger side of an older model red pickup truck with plastic covering the rear passenger side window," wrote the SPD.

The theft occurred on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at approximately 10:04 p.m., police said.
Citing more than 20 tips from the public, the female suspect in the attached photographs has been identified and an arrest warrant is being submitted to New Britain Superior Court for her arrest, wrote police later in the day Thursday.
