Zone Change Wanted For Senior Housing In Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A developer is requestiung a zone change to pave the way for a senior housing development in the Plantsville section of Southngton.

The proposed zone change has filed by Lovley Development, Inc. Lovely wants the current designation of "R-20/25" revised to "ARCHZ" (an age-restricted cluster housing zone) on property located at 45 Pacer Lane.

A public hearing is scheduled for July 21 at 7 p.m.
