2 Charged With Risk Of Injury To A Minor In South Windsor
Police have arrested individuals in two separate cases, including a sexual assault case.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - Police recently arrested two individuals in risk of injury to a minor cases, including a sexual assault case.
According to police, Anthony Kehayias, 47, of South Windsor, was arrested Friday night and charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation.
Kehayias was later released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, March 25.

Police said Asbel Rivera, 43, of East Hartford, was arrested on a warrant Saturday. He was brought from Hartford Correctional Center to South Windsor Police Headquarters and charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of sexual contact with a victim under 16, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
Rivera was later released on $220,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, March 25.

Rivera was taken into custody Thursday morning after Windsor Locks police posted a wanted bulletin for him. He has two handguns registered to his name, according to police.
