5-Figure Lottery Ticket Payout Claimed By South Windsor Resident

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A $30 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket paid off to the tune of the top prize of $30,000 for a South Windsor man on a recent stop in southern Connecticut.

Mingfeng Chen purchased his lucky 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket at the Alltown convenience store on Interstate 95 in Milford. He claimed his winnings Jan. 18, according to the CT Lottery website.
