Police said officers responded at 3:20 p.m. Friday, May 15, to the parking lot behind Old Navy at 101 Evergreen Way. The call involved a report of a nude male in a white vehicle that pulled alongside a victim before the man began inappropriately touching himself, police said.

The suspect had left before officers arrived, according to police. Officers were able to get a license plate for the vehicle and confirmed Walker as the owner and operator, police said.

Walker later went to police headquarters for an interview and was arrested, police said.

He was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond. Walker is scheduled to appear June 3 in Manchester Superior Court, police said.
