• Woman arrested on drug charges in South Windsor (newportdispatch.com) — Police in South Windsor responded to a report of a woman slumped over in a car at the Buckland Road CVS, leading to drug charges and a court date later this month. In separate incidents, officers also arrested two people, including a South Windsor resident, on shoplifting charges at the nearby Target, with all three cases headed to Manchester Superior Court.
