What condo projects in South Windsor are FHA approved? Check this list for the complexes that are currently approved.

Condominiums are popular housing choices with first time buyers and many other home buyers.  A buyer may like the ease of condo ownership, maybe they want to reduce their housing costs.

Here in South Windsor there are several FHA approved condominium projects.  Why does that matter you ask?  Many condo buyers want or need to make a limited down payment and FHA allows qualified buyers to put just 3.5% down on their purchase.

Just because a condominium project is not on this list of approved complexes does not mean financing is not available, it just means that a buyer may not obtain an FHA mortgage on the unit.  Conventional or other financing may be available.  A condominium project must re-apply for FHA approval every two years.  It is a good idea to check the current list of complexes even if the complex you like is on the list, just to double check.  Check the current list of FHA Approved Condos and search using the zipcode.
