The number of homes available for sale in South Windsor has remained pretty consistent over the last several years. The total inventory of properties available as of September 2012 was 150 which is a decrease of 6.3% from 160 in August, and down 11.2% from 169 in September of 2011.

The term average Days on Market or (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. The DOM for South Windsor was 76 for September. This is a 52% increase from 50 days the prior month. More importantly, for you the consumer, this upward trend of DOM for properties for sale in South Windsor indicates a buyer’s market.
