Bronx Man Arrested For 4 South Windsor Burglaries: Police

A man has been arrested for allegedly committing a series of burglaries in 2013 and 2014.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - Police have arrested a Bronx man who allegedly committed burglaries in South Windsor in 2013 and 2014. Police officers traveled to a correctional facility in Malone, NY, to serve arrest warrants for Michael Rodriguez, 31, who was then transported to Connecticut.

Rodriguez was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, and two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

He was held on $310,000 bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday morning.

Police said Rodriguez’s charges stem from four burglary investigations in 2013 and 2014. The burglaries occurred on Garden Circle and Felt Road. Police determined his involvement and obtained arrest warrants, which could not be served until he had finished his incarceration in New York.
