InterCommunity, Inc. is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center). Our community health center provides same-day primary care services to every member of the community who walks in, regardless of life situation or ability to pay. We also provide a wide range of behavioral health and addiction recovery services. Our offices are located at 281 Main Street in East Hartford, CT, at 16 Coventry Street in Hartford, CT, and 828 Sullivan Avenue in South Windsor, CT. Our administrative office is located at 800 Connecticut Boulevard, 4th Floor, in East Hartford, CT.
