The Friends of the South Windsor Library will host a Halloween costume parade through the library. The parade will be held on Saturday October 24th, beginning at 10:30. Following the parade, Peoples Bank is sponsoring a reptile program, Jeepers Creepers, at 11 am. The event is free and all little goblins and their families are invited to dress in their favorite costumes and enjoy the fun.
