  • More than 1,250 Eastern Connecticut State University students received their diplomas in the 2018-19 academic year. Eastern's commencement ceremony occured May 21 at the XL Center in Hartford. Graduates from South Windsor were Lauren Biancardi, Megan Macomber, Peter Martino, Benjamin Callahan, Brendan Cullinane, Lena Dang, Andrew Hofmann, Haley Krol, Connor Lucca, Erin McTeague, Michael Merrow, Drew Miller, Rose Moriarty, Danielle Nadeau, Johan Ruiz, Sarah Sylvia, Alexandra Toffolon and Zachary Troiano.

Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville TN

  • Margaret Britton of South Windsor was recently named to Trevecca's Nazarene University's Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. Higgins is pursuing a degree in Health Care Administration Bachelor of Science at Trevecca. To be named to the Dean's List, undergraduates must attain a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.00 grading scale.
