Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Goodwin College's President's List for the fall 2016 session includes 309 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA. South Windsor students are Cheryl Cohen, Emily Krawski and Lucianna Thieringer.
• Goodwin College announces that 975 students, including 18 from South Windsor, achieved Dean's List status for the fall 2016 session. Dean's List inclusion requires a student to earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, the equivalent of an A- average, during a given academic session. The student must also be enrolled in a minimum of six academic credits to qualify. South Windsor honorees are Christen Bannock, Adam Cloud, Cheryl Cohen, Michelle Dederer, Ashley Dione, Ralph Gagliardo, Austin Granchelli, Kyrsten Humphreys, Emily Krawski, Jennifer Krukowski, Martha-Kim Luu, Jillmarie Macaluso, Amber Maddox, Vanessa Mann, Kathleen Maughan, Kelly Roland, Carli Strauss and Lucianna Thieringer.

Hofstra University, Hempstead NY

• Dempsey Goodale of South Windsor achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall 2016 semester at Hofstra University, earning a spot on the Provost's List.
• Liana Wilson of South Windsor excelled during the fall 2016 semester at Hofstra University, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the Dean's List.

Husson University, Bangor ME

• South Windsor resident Jamie Venezia has been named to Husson University's Honors List for the fall 2016 semester. Venezia is a sophomore who is currently enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Human Movement Science / Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Students who make the Honors List must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn a grade point average of between 3.4 to 3.59 during the period.
