- Anna Pearce of South Windsor is now a graduate of Colgate University in the Class of 2017. Pearce majored in History. A graduate of The Loomis Chaffee School, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude at Colgate's 196th Commencement, May 21.
Elmira College, Elmira NY
- Marissa Silverman of South Windsor graduated Cum Laude at the 162nd Elmira College Commencement on Sunday, June 4. The exercises, held at the Murray Athletic Center, Pine Valley, included the conferring of 296 undergraduate and 32 graduate degrees.

To achieve the academic honor of being named to the Dean's List, a student must be full-time carrying 12 or more graded credits for the semester with a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
