Candidates For Municipal Office Chosen In South Windsor
Democrats and Republicans each selected their slate of candidates at caucuses late last week.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Democrats and Republicans have selected candidates to run for municipal office this coming November.
Mayor Andrew Paterna and Deputy Mayor Elizabeth Pendleton head a team of six incumbent Democrats seeking to retain their seats on the town council. They are joined by Erica Evans, Steven King, Cesar Lopez and Karen Lydecker,
For the Republicans, incumbent Phil Koboski will be joined on the ballot by current Board of Education member Marek Kozikowski, Miguel Proano, Elena Poma, Jamie Gamble and Adam Wood.

Incumbent chair Craig Zimmerman, vice chair Jessica Waterhouse and members Anitha Elango and Michael Paré look to retain their seats on the Board of Education on the Democratic side. They are joined on the ballot by Madison Gonzalez.
School board candidates for the Republicans are incumbents Art Adduci and Beth Esstman, current town council member Lisa Maneeley, Dipali Kalia and Stephanie Weintraub.

Planning and Zoning seats are being sought by incumbent Republican Mike LeBlanc, Republican Rick Balboni, Democratic incumbent Steve Wagner, Democratic alternate commissioner Alan Cavagnaro and Democrat Robert Vetere.
Election Day is Nov. 2.
