Car Smashes Into Building at South Windsor Shopping Center
The impact caused some damage to the exterior of the building, but fortunately there were no injuries.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A business located in Evergreen Walk sustained some minor structural damage Sunday when a car crashed into the rear of a building.
Police said an employee reporting for work at Connecticut Mattress mistook the gas for the brake when pulling into a parking spot behind the building, causing his car to hop the curb and strike the building.
The exterior wall of the building was penetrated about 6-8 inches, and the interior wall was pushed in a few inches, police said.
