Bryant University, Smithfield RI

• Bryant University is pleased to recognize South Windsor students who have been named to the Deans' List for the spring 2021 semester. They are Alexa Weber, class of 2022; Dante Pasqualoni, class of 2021; Ryan Micoletti, class of 2022; Drew Arnold, class of 2023; Kyle Henderson, class of 2023; Kyle Brown, class of 2024; Enidia Xhokaxhiu, class of 2024; Samuel Kamm, class of 2024; Justin Faragosa, class of 2024; and Timothy Beaulieu, class of 2024.

Emmanuel College, Boston MA

• In recognition of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College in Boston has named nearly 900 students to the Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester. Students from South Windsor earning Dean's List include Katelyn Hunter, Charles King and Melissa Tremblay.

Hofstra University, Hempstead NY

• Molly Cole of South Windsor excelled during the spring 2021 semester, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the Dean's List.

Nichols College, Dudley MA

• Nichols College graduated 245 undergraduate students this spring. An in person commencement celebration was held for the class of 2021 on May 15, 2021. Adam Wolejko of South Windsor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management & Finance.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

• Rochester Institute of Technology announces its spring 2021 Dean's List. Undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their GPA is greater than or equal to 3.40 for nine credit hours of traditionally graded coursework; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete," NE, D, or F; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours. Honorees from South Windsor were Matt Wylie, human-centered computing; Charles Lagasse, computing security; and Kevin Augustine, computer science.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

• Springfield College recognizes 2021 graduates from South Windsor: Robert Hartling, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management; Taylor Sanzo, Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Sport Journalism; Sarah Nickolas, Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Occupational Therapy; Kasey Lucia, Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology; Haley Jones, Master of Social Work degree in Social Work; and Hannah Silverman, Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Springfield College concluded its 2021 Commencement Weekend ceremonies with eight separate in-person ceremonies at Stagg Field on the Springfield College main campus, four on Saturday, May 15 and four on Sunday, May 16.

Springfield Technical Community College, Springfield MA

• With a major in Medical Laboratory Technician, Bena Salerno of South Windsor received an Associate in Science. Members of the Class of 2021 were recognized during a virtual ceremony streamed on June 18.

Tufts University, Medford MA

• Tufts University recently announced the dean's list for the spring 2021 semester. Among students earning dean's list honors is Juanita Asapokhai of South Windsor, class of 2024. Dean's list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.

University of New Hampshire, Durham NH

• Nine students from South Windsor have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the spring 2021 semester. They are Morgan Oberly, Highest Honors; Lindsey White, High Honors; Emma Lapierre, High Honors; Kyle Polito, High Honors; Sophie Czapla, High Honors; Paige Nochisaki, Highest Honors; Erica Peplau, High Honors; Megan Miller, Highest Honors; and Megan Molinari, Highest Honors. Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.

University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford CT

• Whether undergraduate students earned their way to the University of Saint Joseph Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester remotely, online or on-campus in laboratory courses, they were awarded this academic achievement for having earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher for the semester, with no grade lower than a "B." Honorees from South Windsor are Samantha Brey, Percy Chen, Kristina Montecalvo, Allison Pagliaruli, Kristin Plenzio, Cameron Reyes, Ananya Srivatsav, Claudia Surprenant and Shannon Thompson.

Western New England University, Springfield MA

• Western New England University's undergraduate commencement was held on Saturday, May 15. Over 480 students received degrees, including four from South Windsor: Pilar A. Betts, BA in Psychology; George J. Gebhart, BSBA in Finance; Matthew K. Greer, Cum Laude with a BSBA in Marketing; and Michael Chester Greider, BSE in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Concentration.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA

• Three undergraduates from South Windsor were named to the spring 2021 Dean's List. They are Samay Govani, class of 2024, majoring in mechanical engineering; Zachary Manfredi, class of 2024, majoring in chemical engineering; and Jia Yazon, class of 2024, majoring in chemical engineering. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
