The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
Keeping Taxes stable through Smart Growth/Economic Development. We have just delivered TWO YEARS in a ROW WITH TAX CUTS.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
The Democratic Team has a program that includes smart growth, land preservation, support for school programs and new school construction, and creating a more sustainable community, and utilizing renewable energy sources for all town buildings.
Accomplishments:
Two consecutive years of Tax Cuts! No increase in Sewer Use Fess for two years. Support for School construction, farmland preservation, expansion of parkland (Porter's Hill), renewable electrical energy for all town buildings, and building a community that welcomes everyone and is focused on inclusion.
Other issues:
Creation of the Social Justice & Racial Equity Commission, proposing the new South Windsor Arts Commission, and and working to protect our community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
What else would you like voters to know about you?
Our Democratic Team is dedicated, focused and committed to make South Windsor a great place to Live, Work, and Play and Learn! This year we added $3.9 Million to the Grand List and reduced taxes. Vote Row A on November 2 and keep the Democratic Team working for YOU! Continue the PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE! Your VOTE is Your Voice!
