Electronics Recycling Drop-Off Event Saturday In South Windsor
Without having to leave their vehicles, residents will be able to conveniently recycle their covered electronic devices.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The next electronics recycling drop-off event is scheduled for Saturday at the Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the rear parking lot. Signs will be used to control traffic through the site; access to the site will be from Sullivan Avenue. The E-waste contractor will be on site to receive the E-waste from each vehicle.
Without having to leave their vehicles, residents will be able to conveniently recycle the following covered electronic devices (CED):
- telephones
- phone equipment
- cell phones
- computers
- copiers
- fax machines
- IPods / PDAs
- modems
- computer monitors
- keyboards
- printers
- stereos
- radio equipment
- televisions
- speakers
- microwaves
- digital cameras
- VCRs
- DVD players
