Assumption University, Worcester MA

  • Brandon Sze of South Windsor, Class of 2022, has been named to the University's Dean's List for the fall 2021 semester. Students named to the Dean's List must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester to be included on the prestigious list, which is announced at the completion of the fall and spring semesters.

  • Shannon Anthony and Griffin Bryan, both of South Windsor, were recognized for their academic performance in the fall 2021 semester by making the Dean's List. Students who receive this honor have completed at least 12 credits as a full-time student and have achieved a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Plymouth State University, Plymouth NH

  • Sean Kennedy of South Windsor has been named to the Plymouth State University Dean's List for the fall 2021 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.69 during the semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. Kennedy is a meteorology major at Plymouth State.

  • Ashley Dupre, Jillian Perra, Anjali Gupta and Scott Fine, all of South Windsor, were named to the fall 2021 President's List. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above are named to the President's List.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

  • Springfield College has named 11 students from South Windsor to the dean's list for academic excellence for the 2021 fall semester. Those students and their majors are: Lauren Landino, business management; Karen Joy, criminal justice; Jennifer Burnham, education; Justin Clark, exploratory studies; Victoria DelRosso, health science/pre-physician assistant; Emilee Gebhart, health science/pre-physician assistant; Jessica Van Horn, health science/pre-physician assistant; Kelly Morson, health science and pre-physical therapy; Karly Suppicich, health science and pre-physical therapy; Gabrielle Inkel, health science; and Lauren Rankin, psychology. The criteria for selection to the Dean's List are as follows: the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the term, exclusive of "P" grades. The student must not have any incompletes or missing grades in the designated term. The student must have a minimum semester grade average of 3.500 for the term.

University of Maryland Global Campus, Adelphi MD

  • Keith Goodale of South Windsor was named to the Dean's List for the fall semester at University of Maryland Global Campus. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.

University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg KY

  • Three students from South Windsor received degrees from Cumberlands this fall or winter. Avinash Sajja, Master of Science in Information Technology; Nicole Martinez, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; and Vinay Bolledla, Master of Science in Information Technology.

University of Vermont, Burlington VT

  • Corinna Plefka, a computer science major in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences from South Windsor, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2021 semester at the University of Vermont. To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
